It is Lynn "Brown" Kogen. She and Lisa are friends (Lisa was in Lynn's wedding) Lynn wrote for Friends. She is married to Jay Kogen (writer/producer for Frasier, Tracey Ullman, Simpsons).

Who is in the Professor Layton Nintendo commercial with Lisa Kudrow?Well, for the person that left the "best answer", seems that it came from Wikipedia!! If she's such a good friend of yours, you shouldn't have to google her.

MAYBE it's her co-star from "Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion" but i kinda doubt it cause her voice doesn't sound the same. It's bugging me too to know.
tonya harding doesn't look anything like that anymore! we portlanders (unfortunately) still get tonya stories on the news..
