When I try to get to the Ferris wheel in the park, the screen blacks out. Is there any way i can get around or fix this?Problems with Professor Layton and the Curious village on Ds?

If you purchased this "second hand" on eBay, many of the Layton games on eBay are actually pirated games that are causing a variety of problems (including problems just like this one)
If you did pick it up from a store, get it replaced as there is no magic fix for this type of problem
... let the eBay buyer beware
