Well to legally own this rom you would need to actually own the game so I'd recommend playing Professor Layton on that since No$GBA has really bad sound quality and is really bad, but if you really need the rom and own the game try romulation.com, though this site has a strange system you will need to make an account and some sort of earned over time point system per mb for the game...it's strange ut if any site will have it they will.
