Has anyone played Professor Layton? How can you tell which puzzles you haven't solved in the puzzle index?

I've played all three games that have come out. My puzzle index says I've found 165 puzzles but only solved 161. How do I tell which ones I haven't solved? They all have check marks and I see the picarats I got for each one.Has anyone played Professor Layton? How can you tell which puzzles you haven't solved in the puzzle index?
in the puzzle index at the left top corner there is a layton, if you had answered at the first try the layton is golden if you have not answered or failed at the first try the layton is normal
