Who does the voices for Anton and Inspector Chelmey in Professor Layton and the Diabolical box?

I just finish Professor Layton and the Diabolical Box, and I loved the game, but the voices of two characters just keep eating at me. I know Inspector Chelmey was voiced by the same man who voiced Layton, but he sounds different to me in this game. Also, Anton sounds a lot like Itachi.
