When is Professor Layton and the Unwound Future being released in Australia?

I just LOVE the Layton games.....Also...what are some other games that are like Professor Layton?

With the US version expected in September and the European version in October, it could well depend on where each Australian supplier imports their games from





Keep an eye on sites such as Nintendo Australia or Australian online stores (although these sometimes use speculative dates until there's an official announcement) for a more specific release date when this becomes available

Keep in mind that many DS games this year have had their release dates pushed back, sometimes multiple times, so the release date may change








While there are really no similar DS games, the games most often mentioned in response to this question are Hotel Dusk, the Ace Attorney series, Trace Memory, puzzle games such as Matchstick Puzzle and Rooms : The Main Building along with point and click adventures such as the Touch Detective games, the Secret Files games, Broken Sword, the Runaway games and So Blonde





Perhaps the most similar recent DS game is Sherlock Holmes and the Mystery of Osborne House, although this is shorter and significantly easier





Inspired by the Professor Layton series, possibly the most similar game is the new Nelson Tethers : Puzzle Agent available for various platforms including PC, Mac and Wii
