Professor Layton and the Curious Village, or Professor Layton and the Unwound Future?

I was just going to get the first one until I saw Professor Layton and the Unwound Future. Which one would you recommend?|||If you intend getting the trilogy (including the Diabolical Box, the second game), then you should start with Curious Village (which would also provide the cheaper entry point)



While each game has its own main story, there are recurring characters and sub-plots running through the trilogy so it's naturally better to start with the first game in the series



If, however, you intend playing only one of the games, then you should get Unwound Future since either of the earlier games will leave you with unanswered questions
