Ds lite game Professor layton save trouble?

I brought professor layton ds on ebay from a good seller from china, (no problems before) the game looks legit sealed etc but It says it will save but it doesn't, does this mean its fake? or has any other people have a problem with this game?|||Well I have the game and it does save.If it isn't fake maybe try blowing your game/game socket.If that doesn't work you can make a good guess that it's fake.
